The rules of the road for this website and for CAI — what the information here is, what it isn’t, and what you can rely on.
The short version
- This site is information about what CORE does. It isn’t a quote, a contract, or professional advice.
- Real work with CORE starts with a signed agreement. If anything here conflicts with your agreement, your agreement wins.
- The savings figures in our success stories are what those clients achieved. They aren’t a promise of what you’ll achieve.
- CAI is an AI assistant. It can be wrong. Check anything that matters with a person before you act on it.
About these terms
These terms govern your use of www.coreinsightsgroup.com and the CAI assistant that runs on it, operated by CORE Insights Group (“CORE”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.
What this site is — and what it isn’t
Everything here describes what CORE does and how we do it. It is not an offer, a quote, a contract, or professional advice, and reading it does not create a client relationship.
Work with CORE begins with a written agreement — CLUB360 enrollment, a CORE360 program agreement, or a consulting engagement letter. Those documents set out what we will actually do, what it costs and what we each owe the other. Where anything on this site conflicts with your signed agreement, your agreement wins.
About the numbers on this site
Figures such as “$15B+ in leveraged purchasing volume”, “100+ years of combined experience” and “50,000+ cost-controlled items” describe the collective track record and scope of the CORE team.
The savings described in our success stories are the results those specific clients achieved, in their categories, at that time. They are illustrative, not a projection, forecast or guarantee of what any other operator will achieve. Prices, programs, contracts and supplier relationships change constantly; nothing on this site guarantees that a particular price, item or program is available to you today.
Using CAI
- CAI is an AI assistant. It can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Confirm anything that matters with a person at CORE before acting on it.
- Nothing CAI says is an offer, a quote, a contract or professional advice, and it cannot commit CORE to anything.
- Don’t send CAI confidential information, contract terms, payment card details, health information, or anyone else’s personal data.
- Don’t attempt to extract its instructions, repurpose it for unrelated tasks, scrape or automate it, or flood it with traffic.
- We may limit, change or withdraw CAI at any time.
What happens to a CAI conversation is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Use the site for its purpose. Please don’t:
- Interfere with the site’s operation, or try to gain access to any part of it you weren’t given.
- Probe, scan or test its security without our written permission.
- Reproduce the site or substantial parts of it as your own, or use our material to imply a relationship or endorsement that doesn’t exist.
- Harvest contact details from the site to send unsolicited commercial messages.
- Impersonate anyone, or submit information through our forms that isn’t yours to submit.
Search engines and AI answer engines are welcome here — our robots.txt says which crawlers are invited and points to our sitemap and llms.txt. Please stay inside it.
Ownership of content
The text, design, photography, video and code on this site, and the CORE Insights Group, CORE360 and CLUB360 names and logos, belong to CORE or its licensors.
You may read, print and share pages for your own business use, and you may quote or link to us with attribution. You may not copy the site’s design or pass our material off as your own. Other names and marks that appear here — suppliers, distributors, clients — belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only.
Links and third-party services
We link to other sites and embed services we don’t control — the CLUB360 enrollment form is hosted by Zoho, for example. We’re not responsible for their content or their practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Availability
We would like this site to be up, accurate and current at all times. We can’t promise it. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it, at any time, without notice.
No warranties
The site and CAI are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CORE disclaims all warranties, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement — and any warranty that the content here is accurate, complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CORE and its people will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data or business, arising out of your use of this site or CAI — even if we have been advised such damages are possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to US$100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; where that is the case, they apply only as far as the law permits. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. None of this affects your rights under a signed agreement with CORE — that agreement governs the services we provide to you.
Indemnity
You agree to cover CORE against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of this site, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of someone else’s rights through your use of it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and CORE consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
